This contest is part of Nebraska Innovation Studio's Maker Showcase & Contest Series. 

Rules & Regulations:

  • Originality: By submitting your project, you confirm that it is your original work and that you have the rights to create and share it. This ensures we celebrate and honor your creativity!
  • Permission to Promote: You grant NIS permission to feature your project on our social media and promotional materials. We love sharing the amazing work our community creates, and this helps showcase your talents to a wider audience!
  • Rewarding Creativity: The top submission, as determined by our judges, will receive one-month free membership to NIS. Only one submission will win, but NIS may promote additional submissions. 

Guidelines for Judging:

  • Visual and Narrative Quality: Submissions will be evaluated on clarity and creativity in presentation. Submissions that include engaging elements like short video clips or reels may receive additional consideration.
  • Integration of Tools: Projects that utilize a variety of tools and equipment at Nebraska Innovation Studio may receive additional consideration.
  • Impact: Submissions that demonstrate added value to the NIS or Lincoln communities, through innovation or the potential to inspire others, may receive additional consideration.
