Kathy Andersen is the CEO-Founder of Brint Tech, a hardware and data analytics company advancing trace hydrogen detection technology. She is an Entrepreneurial Community Fellow with the UNL Center for Entrepreneurship and is active in mentoring the accelerator companies at NMotion powered by gener8tor. She serves as Board Secretary of Global Ties Nebraska and Advisory Board Member of the Nebraska Wesleyan University Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program and Vote Wise Nebraska.

Previously Kathy was the Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development, leveraging initiatives and partnerships to advance startups and scaleups in Lincoln, NE.

Before that, she was on the leadership team of the Business Operations Division at a global sportstech, consulted with a multinational corporation on product development and organizational management (for large grain and protein facilities), developed B2C sensing devices, ran operations for a software platform company, worked at a software consulting firm, mentored Girls Who Code, and served as Managing Director of a microfinance nonprofit.
